Amine Biogas Upgrading Systems
Unison Solutions, an employee owned company, utilizes the Puregas CA Amine technology to produce pipeline-quality renewable natural gas for large-volume biogas producers. This unique technology efficiently removes carbon dioxide from biogas, providing high-quality renewable natural gas (RNG) for injection into the natural gas pipeline while maintaining 99.9% methane recovery. This proven technology utilizes a biodegradable organic solvent in a closed-loop, low-pressure system, resulting in reduced energy requirements, heat recovery capability, and low OPEX.
Amine Biogas Upgrading Systems can also be designed to remove H2S from the biogas stream, which may eliminate the need for bulk H2S removal systems on some projects.
All of our systems utilize UL-listed control panels, manufactured in-house.
