BioCNG Biogas Upgrading Systems
Unison Solutions, an employee owned company, has developed standard and custom systems that produce renewable natural gas (RNG) economically for injection into natural gas pipelines across the country. The BioCNG systems leverage a multi-stage membrane separation process for efficient carbon dioxide removal, allowing precise customization to match the pressure, composition, and quality specifications of each target pipeline. Additionally, we offer membrane systems that generate vehicle fuel compliant with SAE J1616 standards.
System options are available, such as redundancy and system enclosures. We specialize in integrating our systems with existing site equipment such as boilers, flares, and existing cogeneration systems.
All of our systems utilize UL-listed control panels, manufactured in-house.
