Oxbow Activated Carbon began marketing and distributing activated carbon products over 15 years ago through its European-based supply chain, Oxbow Carbonplus, situated near the famous business district of La de France. In July 2014, Oxbow Carbon LLC purchased Carbon Resources LLC, adding a large and diversified distribution network to the core talent of this activated carbon business. Carbon Resources LLC was originally founded in 1997 by two enterprising veterans in the activated carbon industry. Their proactive, individualized approach to customer support and supply provided the backbone for Oxbow Activated Carbon’s business model today. Carbon Resources LLC formally changed its name to Oxbow Activated Carbon LLC in February 2015.
