Built to NEMA 4X for demanding applications, the Stenner S Series is a smart peristaltic pump which can be monitored for peace of mind and fine-tuned to fit the application. Select from multiple modes of operation and programmable performance indicators for efficient interface with process control systems. These robust pumps are self-priming against maximum working pressure and can inject off-gassing solutions without vapor lock or loss of prime.
Operational modes include scalable 4-20mA or 0-10VDC input, Hall Effect (frequency), PPM feed, pulse, and timer functions. Program up to three output relays for conditions such as tube leak, drive fault, process alarms or transfer operation to a backup pump.
Agency listings include NEMA 4X, NSF 61 & 372, cULus indoor/outdoor. NSF 50 and CE IP65 are available on some models.
Tube replacement without tools is standard with Stenner Pumps and a 3-day lead time is standard with the Stenner Pump Company.
