Samsco WasteSaver (Vacuum Distillation)

The Samsco WasteSaver™ is a dual-effect, vacuum distillation evaporator that uses low-pressure steam to evaporate wastewater under vacuum at very low temperature. The steam is then condensed and returned for reuse as clean, distilled water. By evaporating under vacuum, the system can return many valuable process streams to their primary uses, which allows for a complete, closed-loop system.

Patented Pumpless Liquid Transfer System (EVAC™) does not require feed, distillate or concentrate pumps as do other distillations systems.
Simple PLC Control System is fully automatic and can be operated by employees with specialized training or certifications.
2-State Mist Elimination System is provided in each upper process chamber to prevent water droplets, occasionally entrained in the vapor, from leaving the chamber and contaminating the distillate.
Distillate Quality Monitory System continuously controlled by a PLC, ensures that only high quality water is returned for re-use.
Skidded Package Design minimizes consumption of valuable floor space and low height fits comfortably inside most industrial facilities.
Plumbing and wiring are done at the factory, making installation quick, easy, and economical.
